Background

Bayern Munich is a German club and Atlético Madrid a Spanish one, and they meet in the Champions League, Europe's premier club competition. The Ballon d'Or is an individual annual award for the best player, unlike team trophies, which are decided on the pitch.

Key points

According to Al Jazeera, the match is part of the fourth round of the Champions League group stage.
Al Jazeera described Kane as having been "recently crowned" with the Ballon d'Or, a description that does not appear in Sky News Arabia's text.

How outlets covered it

Both outlets agree on the basic facts: Kane is set to play in Bayern Munich's Champions League match against Atlético Madrid. Sky News Arabia centered on the statement itself, and its headline says his willingness to give up the Ballon d'Or hinges on a "single condition", winning the Champions League with the Bavarian side. Al Jazeera focused on the match and its context, saying it is the fourth round of the group stage and describing Kane as recently crowned Ballon d'Or winner. Its headline says he is ready to give it up "for this dream".
